On August 21, 2009, Mexico decriminalized "personal use" possession of
up to 5 grams of marijuana, half a gram of cocaine, 50 milligrams of
heroin, 40 milligrams for methamphetamine and 0.015 milligrams of LSD.


Did you know? I think it'll be interesting to see what a culture that has legalized will look like. Pandemonium? Oh, I doubt it. I'll be sure to check it out and let you know dear readers.
